Ti-Zip internal storage/cargo fly zippers require maintenance in-order to work properly.  Lack of maintenance can cause zipper failure during your rental period.  Even a single grain of sand left in the zipper can destroy the zipper teeth and may cause the zipper to become inoperable mid-season which can create problems for future renters.  Because of this we take zipper maintenance very seriously.  If we find sand in the zipper or in the tubes there will be a minimum cleaning fee of $50 ($50 per raft that is dirty).  If this responsibility is something you do not want to take on, please let us know and we can work to find an alternative without a zipper.

Only one Ti-Zip Maintenance Agreement per rental must be signed.  If multiple rafts are rented under the same order, only one maintenance agreement must be signed, but the signer should understand that his/her credit card is on file for all potential cleaning fees associated with this rental including Ti-Zip cleaning fees.

The following conditions regarding proper Ti-Zip Maintenance must be agreed to and initials prior to the rafts being shipped:
